Gage & Tollner shines just as bright as it did more than 100 years ago, thanks to a revamped menu that pulls from its chophouse and oyster bar past and a complete restoration of its glitzy Victorian fixtures. Throw in a trio of respected industry vets and know this: You’re in very good hands.
